Tom Breitfeller
I’ve been the proud owner of an independent insurance agency since 1988, specializing in health-related insurance solutions. With over three decades of experience, my passion lies in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of health insurance with clarity and confidence. I take pride in educating my clients so they can make informed decisions that best suit their needs. I love to support local organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of the Coachella Valley, FIND Food bank and Integrated Learning Institute.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy playing golf, spending quality time with my grandchildren and serving the men’s ministry of Southwest Community Church.
Elsa Lozano
With over 20 years of experience at the Breitfeller Insurance Agency, I bring extensive knowledge across all lines of insurance—including personal, commercial, and life. I take great pride in delivering exceptional service to every client, whether managing a single policy or an entire portfolio. My goal is always to simplify the insurance process and provide tailored solutions that help protect what matters most. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and am a devoted Dodgers baseball fan.
Salvador (Sal) Espinoza
With over eight years of experience as a licensed insurance agent, I aim to help individuals and families find the right coverage to protect what matters most. My background in management, marketing, and retail has equipped me with the expertise to provide tailored solutions with a personal touch and great customer service.

Hayllens Acosta
Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am. In high school and university, I volunteered with the Flying Doctors & LULAC and saw firsthand how much my community needed access to care—an experience that deeply shaped me. Growing up, I understood how vital health insurance is to accessing care, and I knew I wanted to be part of the solution. After college, I set out to find a career where I could give back to the community that raised me. I'm grateful to have found a workplace that shares the values I hold dear: compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping people get the care they deserve.
Over the past 9 years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with individual health insurance, Covered California, and small group health insurance. I’ve continued to grow in this field, earning additional licenses, including Medicare certification. Now, I have the privilege of helping people understand and transition into Medicare, when the time comes.
One of the best compliments I receive from clients is when they say, “That was easy.” It means I’ve done my job right by making a complex process simple, clear, and genuinely supportive.
